The core block of Steve's Carts 2 is the Cart Assembler. The default recipe uses 11 Iron Ingots, 8 Redstone, 2 Gold, and 4 Stone. Use the Gold, Iron, and Redstone to make 2 Simple PCBs, then use the PCBs, the other Iron, and the Stone to make the Cart Assembler. While the Cart Assembler does not accept power, it does require fuel to put.
